Assigning Subscribers to Users in URVA in bulk

In URVA, you can assign subscribers to users to ensure smooth communication and data sharing. This feature allows you to link specific subscribers to users through a simple upload process. Follow the steps below to complete the assignment seamlessly.

Steps to Assign Subscribers in bulk:

  1. From the home page, go to Users.
  2. Click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the user.
  3. Select Assign Subscribers from the menu.
  4. A file upload window will open—click Download Template.
  5. The template will contain Username and Email ID fields for subscribers.
  6. Fill in the required details for all users and save the file.
  7. Click Upload, select the prepared file, and upload it.
  8. Once the upload is successful, the process will be marked as Completed.
  9. Open the user profile, go to the Subscribers tab, and verify the assigned subscriber.
