Assign routes to users

To assign the routes to users under the calendar tab, please follow the steps below:

  1. From BSNL SalesPort homepage, go to the Calendar under Operations.
  2. Under Planned or Unplanned, choose the User to whom the user wants to assign Beat Routes.
  3. After clicking on User, all the Active Beat Plans will be shown.
  4. Click on the Active Beat Plan that the user wants to assign,
  5. Now under that Active Beat Plan, all the Routes( Areas) will be reflected.
  6. Drag and Drop the route (area) for any date for to visit retailer.
  7. A user can also change the route of a visit by changing the date of the visit by dragging the area from one date to another. 





If a route Beat Route is in progress then Beat Route can not be changed.
