Assign permissions to the user for the Beat Plan

Assign permissions to the user to access the Beat Plan, the user must create separate roles having a different set of permissions.

Please follow the steps mention below:

  • From BSNL Salesport Homepage, click on Roles under Identity Management.
  • Now choose a particular role so that permissions can be assigned to that particular role
  • Go to the Performance under the Permissions list.
  • Under the Beat Plan module, select permissions accordingly to assign to the users.
  • Finally click on Update.
