Assign people records to users

People Collection is adding the records in a collection created which can be done by two methods as below:

Assign people records one by one to users:

  1.  From the URVA Home page, click on "People" under "Collections."
  2. Choose the "People Collection" from the list of collections.
  3. Select the record you want to assign to a user.
  4. Once selected, go to the right side and click on the "Users" tab in the right panel.
  5. Click on the "Assign" button, then select the respective user from the dropdown to complete the assignment.


Assign multiple people records/ Contacts to users:

1. Go to People under Collections.
2. Select Collection you want to assign. Click on the required Collection.
4. Select all or select the needed customers.
5. Click Assign user button on right corner of the screen.
6. Select user from the list of users as per requirement and then click on Submit. The selected contacts will get assigned to the selected user.


Assign Multiple People Records via Bulk Upload:

  1. Go to People under Collections.
  2. Select Collection you want to assign. Click on the required Collection.
  3. Click on the +New button on bottom left corner and then Bulk Upload.
  4. Download the template by clicking Template. An excel template will be downloaded.
  5. Enter the information in the template and Save it. (Enter usernames under Assigned To column to assign each item in a row)
  6. Go back to the Urva screen.  Click on Browse Files or Drag & Drop the saved file.
  7. Click on Upload and your records will be uploaded.
