Assign multiple hierarchies in URVA

Assign multiple hierarchies in URVA

In URVA, users need to be assigned to a hierarchy to define their roles and access data.

Follow these steps to quickly assign hierarchies to one or multiple users.

  1.  Go to the Users section from the URVA home page.
  2. Check the checkboxes  next to the users you want to assign hierarchies to.
  3. Click on "Assign Hierarchies" in the top-right corner. A pop-up window will appear displaying the available hierarchies.
  4. You can either assign the entire hierarchy at once or drill down to the territory level to assign specific hierarchies.
  5. Click Submit to confirm. The selected hierarchies will be successfully assigned to the users.
