Assign multiple hierarchies in URVA
In URVA, users need to be assigned to a hierarchy to define their roles and access data.
Follow these steps to quickly assign hierarchies to one or multiple users.
- Go to the Users section from the URVA home page.
- Check the checkboxes
next to the users you want to assign hierarchies to.
- Click on "Assign Hierarchies" in the top-right corner. A pop-up window will appear displaying the available hierarchies.
- You can either assign the entire hierarchy at once or drill down to the territory level to assign specific hierarchies.
- Click Submit to confirm. The selected hierarchies will be successfully assigned to the users.
