Assign Beat Plan creation permissions to the user
To assign Beat Plan creation permissions to the user, the user must create separate roles having a different set of permissions.
Please follow the steps mentioned below:
- From URVA Home Page, click on
Roles
under Identity Management. - Click on the already created role to edit permissions.
- On the center screen, the user can see the list of modules of Urva.
- Click
Performance
and the permissions of Beat Plan will appear on the right side. - Select the permissions by clicking on checkboxes against every permission or choose the checkbox above Me, Team and Territory module to select all permissions.
- After selecting the required permissions, click on the
Save
icon in the upper right corner.
Note:
The categorization of permissions is based on three levels:
Me:- The permissions enabled the actions for the user only
Team:- The permissions are enabled for the user and his reporting team
Territory:- The permissions are enabled for the user, his reporting team, and the users who are assigned the same territory at the vertical level.
