Product 360 degree view

The Product 360 feature in URVA gives you a complete overview of every product — its details, history, and mapped resources — all in one place. With a timeline view and integrated file access, you can easily track, manage, and understand your products without switching screens.

How to Access Product 360

  1. From the Hello screen, go to the Products section.


  2. Click on the collection card to open the list of products assigned to you.

  3. Tap on any product to open its 360 view, showing product information and activity timeline.

                                 

  4. Click on the URVA shortcuts to start a support chat or run a quick comparison between two products.

                                                                  

  5. The comparison document can be shared with customers across multiple channels."

                                  


Key Features

🔹 Sticky Bottom Bar

  • A sticky bottom bar stays visible while viewing product details.

  • It includes mapped links that directly open related product files in the File Manager.

🔹 Integrated File Manager

  • All relevant product files are automatically linked within the Product 360 view.
