Adding a Second reporting Manager for a user

If the first reporting person is deactivated then the field users can report to their second reporting person. To add the second reporting person.

Here is how you can do it:-

  1. From URVA Home page, Go to the User option under the Identity manager. 
  2. Search the user with the help of the Filter option. 
  3. Click no the EDIT option. 
  4. Click on the Profile option.
  5. Enter the Second reporting manager. 
  6. Click on the NEXT.
  7. Click on the UPDATE option.
