Add product records in bulk and assign them to the users

Products can be added to the Product Collection either one by one or in bulk by uploading an excel file.

Add products one by one, following the below steps:

  1. From the URVA home page, under the Collection, you will find Products.
  2. Click on Products and then the product list will be open. (or know how to create a collection)
  3. Click '+NEW' icon and click on ONE BY ONE 

  4. Add product details in the fields under the Form tab.

  5. Click on the NEXT button in the lower right corner.

  6. Then click on the OK button to create a record. 

To bulk upload products, follow the below steps:

  1. From the URVA home page, under the collection, you will find Products.

  2. Click on Products and then the product list will be open.
    NOTE : 1. To add or bulk upload products, make sure a product collection is created. (or know how to create a collection)

  3. Click on the +NEW icon and click on BULK UPLOAD.

  4. Click on " TEMPLATE.

  5. Enter product details in the excel template and drop the excel or browse the excel file to upload and click on the Upload


NOTE : You can purge all previous data by clicking on the "Purge All Data" option. 

Assign product records to customers:

Companies can add products to Urva for the sales order taking process. Product collections can be assigned to different users based on territories and areas. This will help in reducing efforts in taking orders for products.

Product Collections can be assigned to users in the following ways:

  1. From the Urva home page, go to Products under the Collection module .

  2. Select checkboxes against each product.

  3. Click on the Assign option in the top right corner.

  4. A new pop-up window will appear with a user list.

  5. Select the users to whom the products are to be assigned then click on Submit.
