Add and Access Break Time Videos in URVA

Follow these steps to create and publish video series and episodes under the "Break Time" section in URVA:
  1. Navigate to Admin Settings from the homepage and select Break Time.
  2. Click the +New button to create a new series.
  3. Enter the required details:
    • Name: Title of the series.
    • Description: Brief overview of the series.
    • Thumbnail URL: Link to the thumbnail image for the series.
    • Tags: Keywords for easy categorization.
  4. Toggle Notify Users to send alerts upon series creation, then click Submit.
  5. The series will appear under the Unpublished section. Click the publish icon  to publish it.
  6. To add episodes within the series:
    • Click the + icon under the series.
    • Enter the episode details:
      • Name: Title of the episode.
      • Description: Brief overview of the video content.
      • Thumbnail URL: Link to the thumbnail image for the episode.
      • Video URL: Provide the YouTube Shorts URL.
      • Duration: Total runtime of the video.
      • Tags: Keywords for easier search and categorization.
  7. Click Submit to create the episode.
  8. Publish the episode by clicking the publish  icon.
  9. Repeat the steps to create and publish additional episodes under the same series.

Once published, these videos will be accessible to users under the Break Time section in the URVA app.





Here is how you can access the videos on mobile:

  • Go to the Account tab from the URVA home page.
  • Scroll down to the Break Time option.
  • Select the series you want to play videos from.
  • The video will start playing, and you can scroll to view more.
  • You can like or dislike the video during playback.
