Collection permissions for a User Group:

1. On URVA home page, scroll down to Identity Management and click User Groups.
2. Click on the desired User Group you wish to view.
3. On the right-hand side you will see three options: Users, Collection, and Activity.
4. Click on the Users  option on the right side to view the users in the user group.
5. Click on the Collection option, then click on the permissions, to apply collection permission for a User Group.
6. Select the collection and select the required permissions.
7. Click on Submit to update the permissions.
   

Activity permissions for a User Group:

1. Click on the User Groups
2. Click on the desired User Group.
3. On the right-hand side you will see three options: Users, Collection, and activity.
4. Click on the "Activity" option, then click on the permissions, to apply Activity permissions for a User Group.
5. Select the Activity and check the required permissions.
6. Click on Submit.
