Action button - to call from task on web

The field users can initiate the calls with the assigned customer using the Action button.

To initiate the calls from the application, please follow the steps below:- 

  1. From the URVA home page, Click on the Work module. 
  2. Click on the form in which the customer has been assigned for task completion.
  3. Click on the Action button. 
  4. Click on the Call button. 
  5. Click on the From URVA Voice. 
  6. The calls will be initiated and completed.
