Setting Up Unique Fields in URVA Tasks
To ensure that each task has a unique identifier, you can configure specific fields to serve as a unique combination when creating a task in URVA.
- Navigate to Access settings under Activities.
- Under Uniqueness, select the fields you want to combine for uniqueness. These fields will act together as a unique identifier for each task.
This setup prevents duplicate entries and ensures that each task remains distinct within the system.
